1. Service Agreement

These terms govern all services provided by Zizhumvuzsib at Connewitzer Straße 135, 04277 Leipzig, Deutschland. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations are valid for 14 days. Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Work begins only after written confirmation of the estimate.

3. Payment Terms

• Invoice payment due within 14 days of service completion
• We accept bank transfer, card, and cash payments
• Late payments incur interest at 5% per annum

4. Liability & Warranty

Zizhumvuzsib warrants all workmanship for 12 months from completion. We are not liable for damage caused by third parties, unauthorized modifications, or misuse. Maximum liability is limited to the service value.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 30% service charge. Parts ordered are non-refundable.

6. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information and maintaining insurance. Zizhumvuzsib is not responsible for personal items left in vehicles during service.

7. Data Protection (GDPR)

Personal data collected is processed according to GDPR regulations. Your data is used solely for service delivery and invoicing. We do not share data with third parties without consent. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and documentation remain the property of Zizhumvuzsib unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be governed by German law. All claims must be submitted within 6 months of service completion.
